What?  You want a pattern for this week too?  Ok, fine… 🙂

Remember when we did shoe school last spring?  (If not, scroll down to find those links) I said that sewn shoes get made as “innies” or “outies” and there was another type called “lasted” which are named for the way they’re made – on lasts.

This tutorial will show you how to make the lasts, patterns, and shoes for any doll .

There’s also a pattern for a sewn version using any method from the previous shoe tutorials for Maplelea.

  1. Hello ! I am French, I have recently discovered your blog and I enjoy it very much. I can admire different and exotic dolls, which I didn’t ever see on french blogs. Thank you for your patterns and your pleasant and funny posts, which make me improve my english !

  2. Thank you for this very educative lasted shoe lesson! I have made shoes before, using my AG doll foot as a last, but being afraid I would stain it with glue! So this technique will be helpful!

I can’t wait to see your version of Kit’s overalls. It’ll be different from the usual dress! However, as you said, I would have been happy that Addy (or Rebecca) would have been chosen!

  3. Thank you for the patterns for the cute blouse & shoe patterns. Can’t wait to try them! The overall pattern looks really nice too! I appreciate your generosity.

    Kindest regards,
    Mary Margaret Petty
