Cute (free!) vintage doll pattern

Standard

If you’re at all interested in vintage (30s and 40s) sewing and dolls, you may have heard of Edith Flack Ackley.  She had lots of patterns as well a book called “Dolls to Make for Fun and Profit”

I found the images below on Pinterest; do a search for “Edith Flack Ackley” and you will find lots more inspiration.   There’s a free pattern to make them here:  http://ufdc.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/ackley-pattern.pdf   It should be easy to enlarge or even shrink these down to about 6″ tall to make them as dolls for your 18″ dolls!

There’s a 30s style quilt here https://jenwrenne.files.wordpress.com/2013/03/dresden-quilt-april-2013.pdf
